SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During promotions or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping is $9.21. Orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery for standard shipping is generally 3–5 business days after the order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact brunchgolfballs@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact brunchgolfballs@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
